Don’t Try Get Bank Valuers to do a Home Inspectors Job

Many people think that bank valuers do more than they do. All bank valuers really do is establish if there is sufficient value in the property to secure your home loan and often do it electronically rather than visiting the property. 

According to Berry Everitt, managing director of the Chas Everitt International property group, everyone should have a home inspector over to evaluate electrical hazards and deficiencies, roof problems such as rust, water leakage and damp, and poor site drainage.
