Results of the Survey: where are we heading?
Congratulations to Johann! They've achieved a beautiful design in a lovely landscape..
I am however greatly disappointed in what I perceive to (unfortunately) be a very shallow outcome to a worthy survey. Although I am not too sure who to 'blame', whether it be the jury, the public or who? The question I am asking is why is a house voted as South Africa's best building? Surely there are a lot of people clearly (and in a substantial way) just missing the point!

Rendering's pretty much the same in 2009 and 2011.. each version just gets easier to use..
One can't really compare rendering times.. it's entirely dependent on how complex your model is and what materials you use.. most times HIGH is good enough fo…
revit 9.Waiting on 11.Some cool new aps i saw.The problem with that is that some time the older version cant open, even the families.Revit city is down.-sucks
I must say my computer is a bit faster then that.it takes 22min for BEST render..
ja best advice wrt rendering, hit the render button and go for a walk (or better still set one up just before you go to sleep and wait for the result in the morning).. even a a fast computer rendering takes time!
