Property Development: Monaghan Farm
Monaghan Farm is a 1 260 acre estate just north of Lanseria, near Dainfern and Blair Atholl in Johannesburg. It offers modern infrastructure and home design with traditional country values and country club amenities like stabling, a gym, pools, tennis courts and a restaurant.
The architectural design allows for natural light to filter into the homes which will be single-store structures in earthy tones with spacious interiors and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Monaghan Farm has challenged the ordinary and has created a unique set of plans by a number of South Africa’s top architects, including Enrico Daffonchio, Anna Claude, Ink, Philip Briel, Sarah Calburn and Henry Paine.
