Transactional Ethics - request for submissions

As part of an exciting new property programme at the GSB, we are introducing a model intended to propose behavioural conduct in the transaction environment.

The sensitivity around this is of course apparent, but if adopted, the characteristics are likely to increase the level of professional conduct in the industry. Those practitioners deliberately continuing to behave unethically will not only face the natural effects of credibility risk, but may end up being penalised by their peers through diminishing transaction opportunities.

Please contribute to this initiative wherever possible and spread the effects of transactional ethics!
