The Summer Club residential lifestyle estate in Somerset West is set for a revegetation project. Located between the N2 highway and Old Sir Lowry’s Pass Road, the area has issues like clay laden earth, eroded soil and excessive waterlogging. The developers, Omwieco commissioned Anton Comrie of Greeninc, asked David Gibbs and Mark Saint Pol of Gibbs Saintpol Landscape Architects to redevelop the land to increase biodiversity in the area.
