Incorporating green in your interiors

Colour is such a compelling aspect of decorating that it has the power to create a believable illusion. The right colour or colour combination can make even the smallest space seem large, airy, and inviting. By pairing enhancing hues with contrasting colours or accent walls, you can easily make your small room seem spacious.

The colour green is thought to bring balance and harmony to its surroundings so it’s no wonder that it’s a favourite choice in interior design. Aside from the psychology of it, its connection to the outdoors makes it a great colour to pair with others. This means that even in a monochromatic green scheme, a pop of any other colour won’t look out of place, and that’s the kind of interior design that can grow with you.

The main positive psychological properties green communicates are peace, balance and harmony. It can rejuvenate and restore, giving the feeling of being connected to nature and feeling safe and secure.
