Master Builders South Africa (MBSA) has welcomed– but Tumi Dlamini, Executive Director of MBSA, said in a statement released 17 September, that MBSA welcomed the slightly more positive outlook reflected in the latest FNB/Bureau for Economic Research Building Confidence Index.
