Lead Interior Designers from SPS Studio came up with this stunning look using LIQUIDRed’s range of bathroom accessories and tapware and have shared the design inspiration behind it.
This look is titled, HYGGE BOHEMIAN. Hygge (pronounced hue-guh) is the Danish word for recognising a feeling that is cosy and bohemian and is described as “socially unconventional in an artistic way”, which is exactly how this look came together. The advantage of knowing all the design rules is that you also know how to break them best – this look is all about using a white backdrop – mixing and matching warm colours and textures such as polished rose gold and matt black that evoke a sense of domestic freedom.
In the words of one interior designer, great design can make anything beautiful and stand out. Design gives us the lungs to breathe and bask in the beauty of the earth, and offers perspective for our souls. It dilutes the negativity of the world and becomes our happy place.
